This is more of an idea then a recipe. All you need to do is bake your favorite chocolate chip cookies. I dropped 1/4-1/3 cup of dough onto cookies sheets to make big cookies. I had to bake them a few minutes longer. Once the cookies cool spoon vanilla ice cream onto one cookie and top with another. Eat immediately or freeze. They looked really yummy but ended up being too much for one treat. So we ended up making some more out of regular sized cookies. My kids had fun helping make these. I have also seen them made by putting ice cream between sugar cookies and then rolling the sides of ice cream in sprinkles.
