Homemade Pizza

I am replacing my pizza dough recipe with this one. I found this recipe on pimpmymenu's blog. We all agreed we liked this recipe better. You can either make 4-6 personal size pizzas with this dough or one large pizza.

Here is the recipe:

1 Tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tsp. sugar
4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast, warm water and sugar. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until bubbly. Add 2 cups flour, salt and oil. Stir until well blended. Add remaining flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Let dough rise until double (30-60 minutes). Roll out dough and rub a thin layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread on pizza sauce and top with your favorite toppings. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until crust is light brown.
