Easy Navajo Tacos

This is one of our favorite dinners. I just thaw some Rhodes Rolls and use two or three of them for each Navajo taco. (Rhodes Rolls also work great for scones!) I just fry the dough in oil over medium-high heat. Then I lightly pat the scones between two paper towels to absorb some of the excess oil. Then we layer them with:

Taco sauce
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Black olives
