Cheesecake Salad

This is another great recipe I got from the salad recipe exchange party. I think I had seconds or thirds of this!

3 small packages Cheesecake Jello
3 cups milk
1 medium tub of cool whip
Raspberries
1 cup crushed graham crackers
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup butter

Mix the Jello and the milk and let set in refrigerator. Combine the crackers, sugar, and butter to make a crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes, let cool, and crumble. Fold the Cool Whip into the Jello, and then add the crumbled crust and raspberries. Enjoy!
