Fancy Appetizer


My friend Lisa taught me how to make this quick and tasty appetizer. It is a great appetizer to serve with pasta! Make sure you buy extra light tasting olive oil and NOT extra virgin. There is a big difference!

Pour some extra light tasting olive oil on a small plate. Then add some balsamic vinegar a little at a time. Some people like more then others. Then sprinkle on the shredded Parmesan cheese (again some like more then others) and serve with sliced french bread. Tear the bread apart and dip it in the mixture. ENJOY!
