Trish's Turkey Club Tortilla Roll-ups

My friend Trish posted this recipe on her blog. I have been looking for a good appetizer like this. You can either use this recipe to make wraps or cut them into appetizers. These are really good!

6 (7 or 8-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip (I like miracle whip)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3-4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped tomato (chop these pretty fine)
1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked turkey (You can also use 1/2 turkey and 1/2 ham)
6 leaves leaf lettuce

1. Warm tortillas as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese; mix until smooth. Add cheese and bacon.
3. Spread about 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise mixture on each warm tortilla. Top each with 1 rounded Tbsp. tomato, 1/6 of the turkey, and 1 lettuce leaf. Roll up each tortilla tightly. Cut each roll into 8 pieces; secure each piece with a toothpick. (If making as wraps just cut in half) Serve immediately, or cover tightly and refrigerate until serving time. Makes 48 appetizers or 6 wraps.
