Jolene's Delicious Orange Rolls

I just made these rolls again and remembered how much I love them! These rolls are so yummy!!! They are perfect to serve at a shower or brunch. They also always turn out. The only problem is I can't stop eating them.

2 Tbsp yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 Tbsp sugar

Pour all of the above ingredients into a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes.

1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. orange rind grated or 1/2 Tbsp dried (I use a little more)
1/4 c. orange juice
2 eggs, beaten

Mix all of the above ingredients together.
Pour yeast mixture into 1 1/2 c. warm milk and then mix into the above
mixture.
Slowly add approx. 6 cups of flour.

Cover and let rise until double in size. About 1 1/2 hours.
Roll dough out onto a well floured surface into a 1/2" thick rectangle. About 7-8 inches wide and as long as it goes. Cut into 1" strips and wrap each strip around your
finger. (When you pull the strips off your finger it will pull the
dough up a little) Place rolled strips in greased muffin tin and let
dough rise about 45 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.

Orange glaze

1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. Orange rind

Mix together and drizzle on rolls while still warm. Makes 24 rolls
