Esther's Pumpkin Muffins

Esther's Pumpkins Bread/Muffins
(These are so yummy!)

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon(maybe a little extra)
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin

Mix dry ingredients together then add wet ingredients. Add pumpkin last. Cook bread at 350 for 1 hour. Cook muffins at 350 for 16 minutes.

Frost with frosting

1/2 bag of powdered sugar

1/2 to 3/4 of a stick of butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
3 to 4 Table spoons of milk.

Mix with a hand mixer until well mixed.

I made these! the kids devoured them. I cheated and used betty crocker cream cheese frosting. yummy!
