Fudge Marshmallow Brownies

This is another great recipe from my friend Lisa. These are so good when they are warm.

1 cup melted butter
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 to 1 1/2 cups nuts (optional)
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
21 large marshmallows cut in halves or enough small marshmallows to cover top.

Fudge Frosting

6 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 cup cocoa
2 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Blend butter, sugar & cocoa, then add eggs, one at a time, blending in as you go.
Add remaining ingredients except for marshmallows.
Pour into a greased 9X13 pan and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
remove from oven and put marshmallows on top. Bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool, then frost with fudge frosting.
Cover and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

I always love to eat these hot out of the oven!
