Artichoke Dip

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz monteray jack cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1- 14 oz can artichoke hearts
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1 T. lemon juice

Heat oven to 325. Layer ingredients and bake for 15 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with fritos or crackers.
